I think it'll be better off since it doesn't really have any direct predecessors to go off of, they can just make their own story and set their own tone I feel the same way, I think this will be a much better story than TFA. Also I find it annoying how many people confuse the Bothan deaths from the second death star.

Do bothans have a g-canon appearance though? If not then they might just change them. They're like dog head people in pictures ive seen. But looking up a pic I found this and now I want it to happen.
