Not buying it. The more time I've had to digest that claim, the dumber I've realised it sounds. It's a safe claim for an SK to make because the effects are essentially the same. Somebody is selected and somebody dies the following night.

It feels like a role that would be far too broken in all honesty. Getting a chance to have a pivate chat with a player marked for death right before they die would cause way too many headaches with game mechanics and the like.

3 attacks suggests a mafia kill, town vig and SK to me. That would be the conventional number. Any other random attacks are presumably one shot roles for the sake of balance.

Hang on, how would this even work with what Sock claimed? Would his ability just fail?

Lots of kills likely also needs a few BP and protection roles to tidy up the balance a bit. So might just be a coincedence. Pretty funny if it is the same thing over and over again though.

Not really paying much mind to the Ari thing, since nothing he's said/done has struck me as particularly scummy. Weird that the visitation was outed though. Another oddball role?

Not that I suspected him anyway, but Christian used his weapon on Mike yesterday which all but confirms him as town to me. Really don't see mafia shooting each other on the off chance it'd actually work.

I think I'm incredibly rusty because I feel like I'm really missing something obvious about the Helios stuff, to the extent where I'm tempted to flip on the basis that somebody is probably a little mored clued up than I am (still only read a few OOC posts from choice individuals from Day 2)

So Helios is a vig of sorts which is also what Sock claims? Of the two I think Sock has the shadier role (and allegedly hasn't used it at all yet, which I don't buy based on the kill counts).

3 kills: Vig Helios, mafia, SK. With a delayed vig in the roster it'd be ridiculous to have yet another town vig. So it seems that Sock is the liar.

Pretty bold claim to make even if being lynched. It's extremely easy to counter by the real vig coming forward.

I'm still going Occam's razor and saying the guy with the shady sounding role who has posted more shady posts is the shady one.

Maybe there's something more concrete on Helios BENEATH THE SURFACE so to speak, but such things can often be misread.
