I need to take up running again but the damp wet miserable weather really demotivates me. It's a piss poor excuse and I'm probably in the least active percentile in the country right now. I walked a fair bit today though, so maybe not. MEH. | I always feel better after a workout. It really is good for psychological as well as physiological reasons. I just can't muster up the time and energy to do it a lot of times. |
