Tib couldn't sleep. The numbers were dwindling fast and he knew any day it could be him next. He got out of bed and looked out the window, still dark. Tib slipped on his bunny slippers and decided he'd get to the town square a few hours early. The sun would be up soon and he needed some fresh air...
















Tib arrived at the town square just before dawn broke. The sky was a deep navy blue. Tib found a bench and took a seat. Everything was completely quiet. It was eerie, considering all the usual commotion, but calm. Tib took a deep breath and for a moment was able to relax.










Then Tib heard a faint chirping in the distance, like a smoke detector asking for new batteries. Tib looked around to find where the sound was coming from but it was echoing off of the buildings.









Tib got up and walked down a back alley, the chirping got louder







He made his way to the end of the alley where he found a residential street. The chirping was coming from one of the houses. He noticed the door was wide open. Tib's heart sank












he rushed into the house, the lights were strobing violently. Tib saw the chirping was coming from the security system that had been ripped straight out of the wall in the vestibule. Tib turned and looked at the lone chair sitting in the middle of the room, it was facing away from him.






Tib was frightened by the display but crept around to the other side of the chair, lights still strobing from above, to his horror, a body was sitting in it, his face was so badly beaten that tib could hardly recognize him and the alarm panel from the door was shoved into his mouth. It was Reaper!

NAV HAS BEEN LYNCHED

The sun hadn't even reached the high point in the sky and the remaining robots were at each other's throats.


"How could this still be happening?" yelled Havo

"There are bad people out there, Havo" Curtis explained, with his arm around Havo's shoulder "and that is one of them" Curtis pointed to Nav

"Look, I am trying my best to kill you every night" Nav explained. "It just doesn't work"

"Explain it to my fist" said Curtis

He wound up and punched Nav with all his might. Curtis' arm was sucked into a portal. Another portal appeared in front of Primate. Curtis' fist emerged from it and socked Primate in the face


"ow!" Yelled Primate. Don't hit me, hit him!

"My bad" said Curtis, who punched Primate a second time through the portal


"haha!" I cannot be touched!" gloated Nav

an electrical buzzing sound was radiating off of Nav


"I'll handle this" said Vic, who grabbed a crowbar. He began viciously beating Nav

Each whack landed on Primate's face through the portal

"fucken stop!" screamed Primate


"Muwhahahaha!" cackled Nav "you thought i was just happy to reach single digits, but I will be the only digit soon enough, keep trying, fools!"


"ok" said Vic, who continued the beating by proxy


Primate was not pleased


Havo noticed a cable coming out of Nav that was plugged into the wall. He went around back and ripped it out of Nav's ass


The portals slowly faded away and the buzzing sound ceased.


"uh oh" said Nav "I uh... I can explain....."



but explain he didn't. The group surrounded Nav and pummeled him with everything they had. Finally, Vic wedged the crowbar into Nav's circuits and gave it a firm crank. Bolts of electricity shot out of Nav and his eyes faded to black.
