Shower in the morning, but sometimes both. Use shampoo, no conditioner. Use whatever soap/body wash my wife buys, or just use shampoo on everything because lots of soaps make me itch. Pee in the shower, sometimes I even do it while I'm not showering. Use a washcloth and have a brush for the middle of my back.

Luftwafte is p-funny.


Who was it that blogged about going "animal style"? It's slipping my mind, wish we could bring that story over here.
