Hm, thanks im317 & herm ... the Mod write up didn't say the 5 member teams would go on the quest at the end of the day phase, so maybe as soon as the teams filled up we'll find out?

I would guess chance of death balanced by some type of reward?

What's that mean? Swap between groups, or drop out to let someone else jump in?
