I could become the richest and most powerful man in the world with mind reading. I would be the best negotiator in the world, big companies would rip each other apart for my services. Flying meh, probably wouldnt use it much.

Invis and teleport would be MEH at best. Best you could do would become a professional thief or something, but why not make more money legally with mind reading?

Dont need mind control if you already know what they want. You just have to convince them that you can give that to them, then they will do what you want.
