I was pretty bored by the episode tbh. I don't really care for Abraham or Eugene. It was nice to see Eugene gain some confidence/courage but he is still a pretty shyte character imo. Abraham all around pissed me off this episode. His temper is just ridiculous. Everyone else has calmed down or learned to be more rational so seeing a character at this stage of the zombie apocalypse just lose his shit is like...we've seen that people who can't control their behaviour, thoughts, and emotions end up dead. He is going to get himself or other people killed. I'm glad Eugene fessed up, but wow poor guy got the beat down of a lifetime. If he is alive, I don't see him just being fine the next time we see that group. Got KO'd pretty bad. I'm glad the next episode is going to be Daryl/Carol-centric.

He seemed pretty unstable in those flashbacks, so this definitively didnt just start now.

Sure he seemed to the kind of man who had his shit together (from what we had seen in previous episodes) but I think this episode was there to show us that this isnt the case.

He seems like a man who needs to have something to look forward to. Some clear goal in life. He seemed to be on the brink of losing it before he met Eugene, but after that he suddenly had a very important mission and a goal in life. Something he could focus on and forget about his past. He isnt as mentally strong as some of the other characters so he needs something, like the mission, to keep him from losing it. The only scenes we actually see him losing it somewhat, are those that really threaten his mission to Washington. Like when people said they wanted to stay at the church, the bus going sideways and seeing the hoard of zombies.

Seeing that goal and his only direction in life completely ripped apart and seeing that nothing of it really mattered at all is going to take a heavy toll on him.

I kinda like this direction, since this will put some uncertainty surrounding that group. Abraham is obviously the strongest of the bunch, what will happen when he truly loses it?

Im looking forward to seeing what happens.
