It's common for Curtis to get a lot of the night traffic night one.

He led a train that killed town, but at the same time he was town and mafia knew that.
Maybe the vig killed him due to suspicion and mafia also killed him in order to alleviate suspicion on the train?

Or someone was blocked, or maybe this game doesn't show when someone survives a kill, hard to say until we see a "survived" flavour.
