I was sus on Josh for a long while but Moose flipping Mafia made me feel like it was more likely that Josh was Town and less scummy than I had originally thought. Penner also made this post on Day 8 "We’ll see you in day 9, jackie" which, idk, I thought Day 8 was the end, why didn't he? But yeah it was 50/50 for me between Penner and Josh. I got it wrong.

I figured Josh protected themself on N7 and would be vulnerable last night, but wasn't sure. If I had killed Josh and they flipped Town, I was concerned as well that Penner, whether Town or Scum would throw and just stick on doing me. Penner's posts the last couple days were scummy to me, and he seemed to be trying a little too hard early Day 8 to make it seem like he felt this would be the end of the game. But then shifted that toward the end. And his early posts had a lot of people sus on him throughout the game, so I went that way. If I was wrong, I figured Jackie was confirmed not a Spider-Man, and Shadow had confirmed Jackie wasn't Anti-Hero with their power. So unless Shadow was lying, which was possible, then I could trust Jackie and Shadow and vote with them for Josh who was the only choice left to be scum unless they got it wrong and went for me.

And if that didn't end it then it had to be Shadow, and gg to Shadow if Jackie didn't agree.

My hope is Shadow used their power on me, knows I'm Town now, and we can just vote out Josh here.

Josh, I'm Town. If you are also Town, convince me why Shadow isn't.

After Mittens flipped scum, I feel like Penner was pretty clearly town. And same with Moose flipping scum about me. I feel like you just went for the most vocal town to try and run today, Star.

His "see you in day 9 post" was a little weird, Josh, but I was 50/50 between the two of you. And I made the wrong call. I trusted Shadow's claim maybe more than I should. But if they're lying then even Jackie isn't cleared from being an Anti-Hero. There was only 1 kill last night. That could mean there is no Mafia left. Or it could mean Mafia started with 7, same as in BYOR III, and just didn't kill last night.

My fear is that if Shadow is lying and used their power last night to steal a power from the graveyard, they could've stolen Zersch's. We lynch Josh or myself today. Down to 3. They kill at night, game over, they win. That's the only way the game ends without another day tomorrow if we get it wrong today, I think.

I don't think the Mafia team gets a Jailkeeper and a Doctor. How does that make sense? So Josh doesn't have a kill they can make at night imo. I don't on odd nights. But Josh could be Anti-Hero.

I think taking the kill out of the equation is the safest, even though I think you're the only person that would make sense being the last anti-hero.

Are you an Anti-Hero doctor, for reals, Josh? If not for their being a Jailkeeper you would've went unsussed. How is Town supposed to catch an Anti-Hero Doctor who is healing townie people and themselves on the other nights?

It makes sense to me that you'd be Town over Penner.

How does that work, Shadow? Can you do it literally right now and either you stay alive or die immediately? If so, then do it on me or Josh and we win the game.

If you're telling the truth Shadow, I say do it on Josh, and you should die from that. And then Jackie and I can vote Josh out. If you do it on one of us and live then it's not really changing much info wise cause you could be lying.

I really thought this was gonna be my first Town win. But now I'm way too sus on Shadow. My thought is this, Josh, if Shadow is lying and used their power to take Zersch's role from the graveyard, then they'll want to kill you today. Since I can't do anything but be BP tonight. That means they could just kill Jackie at night with Zersch's power and win the game if you die and I live. 100% guarantee win for them if Anti-Hero. But if they lynch me, then you, Josh, can 50/50 protect either yourself or Jackie tonight and if you guess right, town can still win.

But that's all if Shadow is lying. It's probably just you. But if you really want Shadow to use it on you... then maybe it isn't you. I need to read up on how Shadows power even works. If they used it yesterday, do they get the graveyard power tonight? That would mean they can't use it on either of us today?
