Charlie not even needing to make fire. I would lose my mind as him if he loses this vote. Juries do love firemakers though. Gotta imagine Kenzie beats Liz at fire?

I knew when the jury used all their pre tc confessionals to say they were going to vote for strategic stuff and didn't care about friendships that Kenzie was taking this. Editors! Agh. Mostly surprised Maria didn't vote for Charlie. Was she delusional about her own game vs his? Or just bitter?

Maria admitting she voted not based on the gameplay. Same for Q. I hate the end of this show. At least Kenzie is great and I loved her too.

This convinces me even more the whole reason Maria turned on Charlie when she did was because he didn't take her on that reward.

I'm reeling for Charlie lol. Last episode Maria wanted Charlie out as the biggest threat left in the game, he's her number one ally, someone she said she'd vote for over anyone at the end. Someone she's played the ENTIRE game with. Has said everyone would lose to him at the end. And he gets there without needing to make fire.

Then she doesn't make the end, and spitefully votes for Kenzie to win. That's what she did. Her excuse for the vote at the reunion was nonsense. And Q saying he based his vote on who needed the money more question he asked kills me.

I love Kenzie and don't think she's a terrible winner. I'd love to see her again. But it should've at least tied if not for whatever resentment Maria was holding onto. Charlie outlasting her? Wanting to get back at him for not taking her on the family letter reward (after telling us they agreed to never take each other.)

Idk I can understand her fall from grace in the edit now though lol. Her explanation at the reunion is one of the most brutal things of the season.

And that's my overinvested take after abandoning the show for the last 4 seasons. lol rant over! Jon Lovett being on Survivor will reel me right back in next season. How in the world lol would never have expected that.

Maria said she regretted voting for Charlie a few weeks after the fact, then changed her mind again, and later came up with even new reasons why she voted the way she did. Sounds like something was said to her at Ponderosa that got her off of voting for the person who she played the game with from day 1, a game that was basically her game, only much better.

Ben also said he thought Charlie was going to win it all and took him to the end anyway. So that probably means he woulda broke the tie for Charlie to win had Maria voted for her bff out there?
