I refuse to believe if Kat had a kill she would've used it on Herm and not on one of Jamie, Jed, or Ahoda. Maybe they used it on Jed and their nexus thing bounced it to Herm? But then idk why Jed would target Herm and not Jamie or Ahoda or myself if they're town. Two deaths and neither being cult is really abysmal for us. Mafia choosing to kill Kat over the potential cult recruiter also doesn't make a ton of sense. All very confusing kill targets.

Cult's win condition is: your win condition is to be more than 50% of the remaining players

If there's 4 of them currently and 8 of us left, they'll probably tie the vote today and then try and recruit again tonight. Since Mafia can kill still it's not game over. Possible there's less than 4 cult though. We just need to be careful with voting too quickly in case a town/mafia votes wrongly and then the cult just dogpile and win that way. A mislynch would win cult the game IF there are 4 of them. We should proceed as if there are 4 of them even if there could be less.

Shadow, if you killed Herm, why Herm and not one of the possible cult recruiter candidates?

I think we need to lynch one of Jamie or Jed today and we'll need all of town/mafia on board with the vote. If four others decide to tie it then we have our cult found out and mafia just needs to not go for Jamie or Jed since they could have immortal at night powers or something. Hopefully 317 is town/mafia. Would increase the chances that he's delayed a possible recruitment and would increase the chances of getting a kill off on cult tonight with him not delaying mafia's kill.

Worst case is there's two town and two mafia left. Rose and I would be the town. Which means 317 would need to be mafia or cult. But hopefully there's more than two town remaining and 317 is one of them. If you're out there and town then it likely means cult don't have four at the moment, which lessens the dooming a bit. But we should go forward as if they do have four just to be safe. Play for the worst case scenario.

Whether Ahoda is cult recruiter or not, he's obviously part of the cult with what he's been saying today.

I'm the obvious alternative to lynch today for the cult imo. So this is expected but really telling after what Jamie has said. There's the resistance to lynching you. The cult recruiter has to be one of the non Farlig voters, which is what I've been saying since the after credits that day. Ahoda deciding to get on that page two days after the fact is just blatant.

I just went back to look at Ahoda's posts and all he cares about during the after credits is who is on the mafia team. It's possible he is the recruiter but it feels more likely it is Jamie or Jed.

The fact Ahoda would vote at all after my earlier posts of being careful today is insanity if town.

I'm mostly just waiting to hear from Rose and Brian.

I guess what I would put to you is what would me claiming my role change other than giving up information to either of the scum factions. It's clear I'm not mafia. You can only really see me as town or cult. And my role won't confirm that I haven't been recruited. It's a role that I don't think benefits town to be revealed or I would've revealed it days and days ago.

If Rose wants me to claim my role, I will, but I really, really think that only benefits those who don't want town to win. Once you are aware of my role, you will agree.

But if you think I'm the recruiter, how do my actions on D1 and D2 track with me recruiting Rodney when he was one of my top scumspects (lol when he was still town) and then I was all over him the day he got lynched picking apart any sort of claims he could make to get Christian's vote going anywhere else. I didn't think it was possible for there to be two mason groups, it made no sense with how many that could clear, and cult was the last thing I thought. I thought Rodney would flip mafia.

I remember spending most of that day trying to get Rodney to get his mason recruiter to out themselves, lol, hoping to catch two birds with one stone if they did try something so bold. My assumption being Rodney was scum and whoever would come forward as his mason recruiter would then also be scum.

If I was the cult recruiter I'd make up a believable claim and give it to you. I'm not and I haven't been recruited. That's all I feel comfortable saying about my role. I was the first one in the game to even bring up that I was roleblocked/delayed, outing that I had a visiting role. This was after Tib's Voyeur, Badger's role that had a 1-shot watcher, and Reaper's town tracker role had all already flipped. I feel like if I was the cult recruiter a claim like Jed's nexus or Jamie's commuter role makes more sense over admitting to having a visiting role and then saying nothing more. The recruiter wouldn't want to bring unnecessary attention by clamming up.

Rose, im317, if from this post forward you start posting about how you view me as town, and you put me in the town bucket with Rose, kevin me up, everything, and if you're town with me, we can win the game. I firmly believe that. But if you keep suspecting me and making it feel like one day scum can get a mislynch on me, bah. I am town. I've not been recruited. I'm not the recruiter. I think it's Jamie or Jed, and if not them then Ahoda. It just feels like Jamie and Jed's things are something a cult recruiter could have to avoid them insta-dying N1 or N2. I keep forgetting what Ahoda has claimed.

And why I bring up the kevin thing, if we get this lynch wrong, I am town and can still be recruited. But maybe as Kevin I can't be. That's my hope. Mafia and town should want that as a fail safe in case the one we lynch isn't the cult recruiter. Because mafia can't be recruited, Rose can't be, but I still can be.

That's really all I can think of. I have no clue which of the three is the cult recruiter. Mafia could've been guessing with Jamie. Or they could have seen them visiting someone when they don't have a visiting role. Mafia seems to have been able to kill last night. So the delaying of JJ the night before didn't stop mafia from killing tonight. Maybe JJ didn't go for the kill the night prior?

I'm pretty unsure between Jamie and Jed for my vote, Rose. Shadow and 317 have gone Jamie. JJ thought Jamie and by extension the mafia team did. Do you have a strong argument for us doing Jed or Ahoda instead, or should we just go with Jamie? That's where I'm leaning.
