Every brand of antibacterial wipes, bleach, face mask, hand sanitizer and toilet paper is gone. Totally, 100% gone.

They also cancelled YBM due to the hysteria, which is the big once-a-year meetng that we do that flies out every store manager, market manager and regional manages along with all the top names in the company to Texas. Flights were already scheduled and they've now been cancelled, which has probably cost the company millions.

Also to add onto YBM being cancelled, Walmart also just temporarily changed it's attendance policy to where anyone can pretty much just call in whenever the hell they want and won't get occurrences for it. You can straight up call in for two months straight and it'll be fine. They did this after an associate in Kentucky got it. This shit is real man.

Walmart is totally changing it's hours to 7am-8pm. There will be one day a week seniors can shop 6-7 and a few special days associates are able to shop exclusively. TLE is closing until further notice and the shop workers are gonna clean and stock freight.

This shit is just.... eerie.

Still no confirmed cases in my county, as far as I know. I hope upon everything it stays that way as I pretty much have lived at work since this whole thing started. The sales in the store have slowed down a lot but I'm still getting a lot of people from Salt Lake and Colorado coming down to buy guns for some reason, which frightens me.

A lot of people who live here are being fucking stupid and continue to not take it seriously at all. I still hear "it's just a stupid flu" every day. I want them to tell me that if they're the reason Mr. C gets infected, who has immune system issues, because they didn't care.

Carbon County, Utah finally got it's first case today. From an out of towner who came down. Cool.

Really nervous about what's to come. I knew it was going to happen eventually, but we are such an obscure place on the map in an already obscure state that I thought we may have held out longer. Also this got announced pretty much right when the store closed, so I'm incredibly nervous about the mob that's going to be in the store this morning. Who the hell knows of that mob who interacted with the person who was infected. It's fucking terrifying working retail right now and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. I'm trapped.

His name is Richard Rose. I don't know him personally, but he made a few posts about ORGs and tagged a lot of mutual friends who are friends with folks like Jake, Vic, Shadow, etc. I haven't been involved in ORGs in almost a decade so I dunno how active he was in them.

I feel terrible for his family right now because his Facebook is an absolute trainwreck with people just commenting garbage all over the place.

Moral of the story.... corona is very real. Which everyone should already know. But alas.

From what I understand, he was a perfectly healthy 39 year old man. No pre-existing conditions at all.
