This is very hard for me and changes constantly.

1. Curb Your Enthusiasm
2. Breaking Bad
3. Sons of Anarchy

Curb will probably always be #1 for me. Just going off shows that had the most effect on me at the time of watching them, SOA and Breaking Bad did it for me.
