I lost over 100 lbs pretty quickly when I first moved to Utah by walking every morning. Combined with a job where I'm pretty much required to constantly move, I shed down to the skinniest I ever been. I didn't change my diet at all however I don't each that much. I gain from doing absolutely nothing with myself from stress and depression.

I'm gaining again pretty bad from stress so I've been walking a lot more lately and got a national parks pass for the sole purpose of going to Moab or Bryce multiple times a year to hike.
