Tyreese is replacing Morgan's demise in the comics. They'll cut his arm, but he'll get weak and still die from it.

Pretty lame for Tyreese to go out this way if this is it. His whole shtick is the guy who is unstoppable against zombies so to be bitten on the arm by a 8 year old is kind of dumb.

That fucking sucked. Whole thing reeked of a way to satisfy the butthurt Beth fans so they can see her in 50 silly ghost flashbacks.

And seriously, why kill Tyreese of all people? What a way to go too. Most bad ass character there is goes out like a little bitch. I mad.

Maybe Tyreese in the comics is the most badass character, but he wasn't in the tv series.

+ when Martin trapped him outside of the cabin and he killed the entire horde with nothing but his bare hands.

I had a lot of hope they had something big planned for Tyreese what with them replacing his death in the comics with Herschel's. Just wonder what the hell they're gonna do with Sasha now.

I will say however it is nuts that they have the balls to kill off a major character like that in a premier episode out of nowhere. It was pretty obvious from an editing standpoint during the episode, but I never really felt like Tyreese was in any danger of dying anytime soon prior. Sasha for sure, but not Tyreese. I often criticize the show for not killing people enough but we really should be worried for everyone at any time, Kirkman always use to say that "nobody is safe". I guess this reestablishes that.

STILL! I just wish it was someone else.

Gabriel is honestly one of the best things on the show. I really hope they keep him around. Though admittedly I really love the actor right now after watching The Wire.

Here are a few points to prove that: Andrea spoilers from Comics + ~Sharpshooter ~Dale dying in the comics is how Bob died in the TV Show ~Both lost siblings ~Extreme rage towards the Hunters after Bob's death. The same happened with Andrea in the comics after Dale died. Remember her shooting the fingers off of Chris like a fucking badass after Rick signaled her to shoot! Gosh, that was so fucking epic! I remember thinking of more stuff to prove that, but the 4 stuff mentioned above convinces me. Andrea spoilers from Comics + Now Sasha shall become a sharpshooting badass, get together with Rick and become Carl's trust buddy. Like Andrea in the comics.

I kind of always felt like they were lining Carol up to be Andrea's comic replacement.

Bob, Beth, Tyreese all within half a season of episodes. If they keep going at this rate there won't be anyone left. But I have a feeling they are going to be walking for a few episodes. Lame.

To be fair, this cast needs a trim badly. There's way too many people in this group considering we're about to enter an arc that's going to add in quite a few new characters more than likely.

It is appropriate that they're losing main characters a lot more rapidly now that there isn't a "safe haven" with the prison anymore. Makes the search to find a new one a lot more important and -- hopefully -- will make the road in eventually finding one a lot more intense as nobody is safe.
