Hello I'm now watching Episode 2 of Survivor. I posted my thoughts on Episode 1 in the Episode 1 thread! I have not watched Survivor since Adam Klein won. I think. ONWARDS!
- Glad the idols are tougher to find now (I... think?), it was getting very silly around the time I stopped watching.
- Glad Emily didn't find the advantage. Brandon handing it off was smart imo. So weird that the clues aren't the same, red's tasks seemed a lot harder with it pertaining to the flag that's literally in the middle of camp vs. a map that can be concealed.
- I don't mind the alliance on red, even though I do like Sifu a lot and it puts him on the obvious outs.
- Kaleb is super smart. He's turning into a favorite of mine. Really like his play style.
- Good god Emily. Finally getting in good graces then bitching and complaining when she doesn't get picked to go on the boat. She is awful.
- This vote risking business is fucking strange and I'm not sure I like it. Brandon quickly giving away his idol and then doing this challenge anyway is a bit silly. I think regardless of what happens, the tribe is all going to politic about who went. I can already see the confessionals when Bruce comes back. The only one who I think is fine is Drew.
- Honestly, Drew just straight up showing what he got is smart.
- I always love this. "He sees the numbers advantage so he better join us!" 3 vs 3? Alright? I kind of see Brando getting caught in the cross fire.
- As soon as I say that, Kellie is playing both sides too (: Hope they blindside Kendra. I cannot stand her or Kat.
- Oh man, Brandon is going to be terrible at this challenge.
- Love how Dee's big ass feet are a subtle plot point with the cameraman zooming in on them on this balance beam, lmao.
- Holy fuck, has there ever been a worse tribe than Lulu? They gotta get rid of Brandon. Can't do physical and can't do puzzles. Can't stand Emily but it won't matter if Brandon keeps costing challenges.
- You have to burn the wax to get the idol... couldn't they just scrape it off on a tree or something? Silly.
- I must have missed what the Shot in the Dark is. Whoops. (:
- 180 hrs into this season and we get our first ballot reading... jeesh. And it's only three votes!
- Not overally surprised with Brandon left. Think he had a fun arc and honestly I would have liked to see him stay over Emily, but this is the smartest choice. |
