Read somewhere that that DRM bullshit was supposed to lead to X-Box being the console equivalent to Steam. Basically CD's would slowly be obsolete and we'd download all games onto the X-Box itself.

Not only a stupid idea, but a damned selfish one as well. Let's not just make a new console, let's try to put every gaming company that's helped us grow out of business!
