Looking at this info:
Stargatex2, Herm, Malx2, Zerschx2, Kyle(LIAR), Animal all have claimed visits. So we should be in the 80% range, but are only at 61%.
Animal is cleared based on a claimed chest.

Absolutely they could. It's hard to know what types of perks to expect, so that is definitely something that needs to be considered. None of this analysis is a slam dunk.
