I think Nav is town, but I'm admittedly already down the rabbit hole thinking about his power and which character would have it.

At best I would think it would move randomly since he claimed it dispensed randomly. How could he do his best to move it to scum in that case. Otherwise he throws it out randomly but then gets to move it wherever he wants?

Will one of my loaned votes switch to Herm, but one of you stay on Christian too please.
