I don't understand this. I've had pumpkin pie and that's it. Is there really another way for pumpkin? |
Pumpkin anything. lol I started with the peach pie, which made me think of other pies, like pumpkin pie, which made me think of pumpkin seeds, which made me think of sunflower seeds.
I've had pumpkin cheesecake before, and pumpkin spice doughnuts, and flavoured coffees. |
You can roast pumpkin like you would other squash. It's good for a soup or a hash.

Bagels with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and onion. |
Only green onion, though. Plus capers! |
I wouldn't say no to shallots either, tbh, but I am a pretty wild and crazy guy.

Is cheese different from cheese cake? |
no
|
well there you go |
Well, actually, cheese has a standard of identity per 21CFR133, and cheesecake is most certainly outside of that standard, so the answer is an unequivocal "yes!"

I think we used to call that "Corn Chip Chili Pie Casserole" but my wife, being from Ohio and thus hating anything that has the word casserole in it, required me to change the name to "Corn Chip Chili Cheese Stuff".
It's really just a baked nacho/chili fusion. |
We hate the word casserole?

I'm pretty sure a large part of Ohio would starve if you took away casseroles.
|
We would starve without casseroles?
