In the year 2286, the previously fabled dream of time travel has finally become a reality. A group of researchers calling themselves the Arcana Organization are perfecting time-bending mechanisms that will allow humans to travel up to millions of years back in time in order to investigate some of the greatest and most pervasive historical mysteries to have plagued humankind. Being launched into the unknown with no guarantee of ever returning is not a prospect many are able to cope with, but the researchers know there are some out there who are crazy and curious enough to seek out the experience. As a result, the Arcana Organization are conducting preparatory "test runs" on the brave souls who wish to be considered for captaincy of the dangerous time-hopping missions.
The first Arcana expedition was set to explore the mystery of the Mary Celeste, one of the most well-known “ghost ships” in recorded history. Eighteen Trialists set off on an adventure of a lifetime to become the captain of the Arcana Organization's very first expedition. The trial was split down the middle between flight or flight tendencies. The trial run quickly became a battle of skill, mental strength, and sheer will-power. In the end, the flight tendency won out as Ash was awarded the coveted position of captain of the inaugural trial run.
Following it's first success the Arcana Organization began to fund its next adventure. The Garden of Eden. The Organization was determined to find out the secrets behind one of the most controversial mysteries known to mankind.
Theories throughout the centuries have shrouded what could possibly lie ahead of these Trialists – rumors of breathtaking beauty, temptations, and deception. Be prepared to traverse the fine line between good and evil. Are you brave enough to traverse the sands (and gardens) of time and look deeper into the secrets of the Garden of Eden?
