I really want to try Oysters, I've never had them.

They are really good when fresh. Texture and consistency kind of freak some people out, though.

In deeper southern states the cuisine is just butter, (insert food you want to eat), toss in some salt, pepper and maybe some dales, then add more butter.

Grits have butter with more butter, then you put more butter on at the table.

Had steak, baked potatoes, rice a roni, and salad for dinner. Was awesome.
