Phone interviews are different. I've only done a couple for long distance jobs, but I just stick to facts and accomplishments. One I was invited to do the next round, but turned them down after deciding I didn't want to move for what they were paying. The other one, I was pretty young, and I fucked up the second round by writing down 9am instead of 8am for the in person interview. That was really embarassing showing up 40 minutes late.
