Superhero stuff is a mixed bag.
Saw movies suck. (It's actually just one movie with new gross outs in each version)
The Hobbit stuff drug on for me and took itself too seriously.
Read the divergent books. Haven't seen the movies.
MI movies are OK if you're in the mood for action.
Haven't watched 50 shades.
Maybe these:
Indiana jones series
Bourne series (if you like MI...)

Fast and F
ROCKY
JAWS

I forgot Army of Darkness. Those were good.
I've only seen 2 of the cornetto movies. Not what I would consider a series, though. | | |

It's kind of like calling every stephen king inspired movie a series, or saying jaws, close encounters, and ET are a series. | | |
