I'm an animal lover, and have 4 dogs. All from shelters or owners who no longer wanted them. Let's talk about pets baby.

Only let us vote once, fucking noob |
I put the other option in for people who own multiple pets, or snakes, or monkeys or pet cockroaches or whatever.

I have a rabbit called Ringo. He's a cool dude. Rabbits are underrated pets.
I also walk my sisters Husky on a regular basis, so I guess I have a dog too.

My daughter had a rabbit named Elvis when she was little, but she ended up being allergic to him, so he became a class pet in a grade school.

I have one old cat at the moment, although, his health has taken a pretty quick turn for the worse, so I'm not sure how much longer he'll be around.
I'd have a dog if I had a house with a fenced in yard, and didn't travel out of state as frequently as I do. It's much easier to leave for a long weekend and not worry about the cat. You can't do that with a dog. |
I hope your cat recovers.

We've had the cat for over 11 years now (vets estimated he was about 3 when we got him), so my daughter's whole life. He's basically stopped eating, and is walking very slowly now. All he does is sit on my daughter's bed until it's food time (which he asks for, but doesn't eat). We are going to try to take him to the vet tomorrow, if we can get in.

KIdneys and teeth seem to be the big cat ailments. Diabetes, too.

Two black cats because we're goth and shit.
Here is Hocus playing Munchkin Cthulhu with us:
Here is Pocus hiding in a bed cave:
We also have a shit ton of wild animals that visit us, including a ton of birds we feed, a few foxes, and some black squirrels.

My wife had white cats named buffy and fluffy when she was a kid. Do your kids all have the same first letter in their names like hers does?

It ended up being his kidneys. I'm not sure what the number scale means, but the doctor who checked him today said under a level of 2 is healthy, anything above 3 is a serious concern, and his was a 9. Broke my heart to make that call. |
Yeah. That's always a tough call to make.

When I was a kid, I wanted a pet fox in the worst way.
