I would pick the first one. I don't trust the government enough to allow them to be the only ones who can own guns.
Plus, gun laws have proven ineffective in keeping guns out of the hands of criminals.

Gun alarmists are cute. Most of them readily admit the foolishness of prohibition in any other matter.
I guess this is a special never gonna happen scenario, so I guess I would be ok with them being illegal with the caveat that I would still own them. | | |
