Just one example: Staying on Zersch's lynch yesterday, after a Town Vig claim, when everybody thought Herm was a scum killer. Your whole argument was to eliminate a killer, but you conveniently stayed off Herm's lynch.

If I were scum with a jailer, I wouldn't use it on scum (myself in that situation) this early in the game. You pull that move later in the game to try to gain some town cred, not on N1.

Did you get to choose which role you assumed? Normally that role takes the first one dead, which most definitely wasn't Herm.
