Morning has barely begun, when the sounds of a cell phone echo through a quiet D.C. apartment.
ring...ring...ring...
Elizabeth reaches for her phone on the nightstand, trying to not wake up Tom, who is sleeping next to her.
"Hello? Yes, I was sleeping. You what? Hold on."
She reaches for her notepad and a pen.
"Ok, go ahead. Uhhh huh. Yep. Ok, got it."
She sets down the phone, and quickly starts to get dressed for the day. To her surprise, Tom is already awake and has made coffee.
"Was that Reddington again?" he asks.
"Yeah, he has another Blacklister for the task force" she replies, searching for her jacket.
"He knows it's Saturday, right?" Tom quips back. She shoots him a shrug.
"I'll be back later" she says, and she's out the door.

Elizabeth arrives at the headquarters of the FBI's special Task Force. The rest of the team is already there.
"Morning" says Ressler. "Reddington give you another case?"
"Yeah, he said the next person we need to be looking for goes by the name of General Shiro. He's some sort of biologist who specializes in insects."
"Is that it?" Aram retorts.
"Yeah, that's all I've got" replied Elizabeth.
"Well, let me look and see what I can find" says Aram, as he starts typing away on his keyboard. "It looks like we have a couple of suspicious deaths reported recently in connection with a break-in at a biological facility that specializes in genetic engineering."
"That sounds like a good place to start" says Harold. "Ressler and Navabi, why don't the two of you go check it out. Liz, why don't you go and see if you can get any more information from Reddington."
And with that, the group dispersed, focused on finding the next member on....THE BLACKLIST.

The whole group was out looking for the mysterious General Shiro, when Elizabeth received a phone call.
"Hello. Yes, this is Elizabeth Keen" she said.
Then she went silent, and her face went white.
"Yes, I'll be there right away" she said, holding back the tears.
"What happened?" Aram asked her.
"It's Tom, he's been shot."
Liz races out of the building and to her car. She drives straight to the hospital. As she runs in, she can see they are wheeling Tom back towards surgery.
"Tom, I'm here. You are going to be ok" she stammered, grabbing his hand.
Tom struggled to find his breath. "Liz, please tell Agnes that I loved her very much..."
"What do you mean?" she said, "You tell her yourself!"
Tom just looked up at Liz, one last time, and tried to smile, but couldn't find the power. It wasn't long after, and he was gone.
