I'm late to the party, but welcome. What part of Argentina are you from?

I spent a couple of weeks there 10 years ago, and loved it. Definitely want to go back some time and spend a lot longer. We flew into San Juan, met up with some colleagues, then drove up to the Salta region for some field work up on the Puna Plateau. I could very easily retire/disappear into the mountains surrounding the wine country near Cafayete.
