Franco was just trying to help. His main role was to stand watch and make sure that everyone stayed safe during this last job before the holidays. As such, he made sure to find a place on the upper level where he could overlook the group and watch out for any potential danger.
It wasn't too long into the night when he heard a faint cry from the other side of the floor he was on, so being the helpful person he was, he rushed over to render aid. As he bust into the room where he thought he heard the sound come from, he looked around and there was nothing to be seen. Just a bunch of empty desks with glass partitions between them.
"Hmm, I swear I heard a cry from in here. Is there anyone in here needing help?" he asked cautiously.
When he heard no response, he turned to make his way back to his original post. What he didn't do was look where he was going before he started walking, and he tripped over a cord that had been strung across the walkway between the cubicles. He tripped and fell face first through one of the glass dividers, unfortunately cutting a few major arteries in his neck on the way down. He bled out in a matter of moments.

Theo liked to watch. All sports that is. American football was his favorite. He didn't have a favorite team, but he enjoyed watching the games when he could.
Since he wasn't crucial to this part of the job, he was sitting in the break room of the building and turned on the TV to see a football game was talking place. It was an interesting game until the home team's QB dropped back for a deep pass, but got sacked by two defenders at the same time, knocking them out of scoring range.
"Oh my god! The quarterback is toast!" he exclaimed, reveling in the pain caused by the crushing weight of the two 300+ pound lineman on that pool quarterback.
Once there was a break in the action, Theo got up and decided to go find a snack at one of the vending machines. As he was preoccupied by all the choices and counting the change he had in his pocket, he missed seeing the large person pushing a large mail cart right towards him. The cart struck Theo with such force that it snapped his spine in two before thrusting him through the glass and into the vending machine. Without the ability to move or speak, Theo slowly bled out all over the Snickers bars and the Doritos chips.
