Before the sun can even rise above the mighty Karakoram, you are rudely awaken by a loud explosion. It's so loud, that your entire house shakes briefly, while some object fall from their displays on your shelves and bookcases. You quickly rise from your bed, throw on some clothes and head outside to investigate. Just down the street, you can see smoke and dust rising from the ground, and notice others gathering around to check it out as well.



"Who's house was this?" someone asked.

"Not sure" another person replied. "I don't see any obvious markings on it to say for certain."

So, the small group decided to slowly make their way into the rubble to see if they could find any survivors. It didn't take long, before they found the upper torso of Farlig sticking out from what looked to be part of the front door and maybe part of a wall of the house. As they lifted up the door, they quickly realized the rest of him was not present in that location. Not at all what any of you wanted to see first thing in the morning.

Shortly after moving the door out of the way, and after watching the paramedics remove the remaining pieces of Farlig, one of the group spotted something that caught their eye.

"Is that...another head???" they asked, not sure if they wanted the answer or not.

Sure enough, just below the blown-apart remains of Farlig sat what you could only surmise was the head and left shoulder blade of what looked to be Herm. He looked like he had been pretty close to Farlig when the bomb went off, and must have gotten caught up in it as well.

Player: Herm Role: Iranian Shia Martyr (Unaligned) Ability: Player is not happy with the expansion of Sunni Muslim teachings into the Kashmir valley region. Player wins if they are killed at night, but player loses if they die by any other means. Each night, player can choose to stay in their residence or choose to visit a target (effectively a hider action). If the target they visit is killed, they will also be killed. The game will not end when the player meets their win (or loss) condition. Win Condition: Be killed at night. Spoiler + HERM HAS MET HIS WIN CONDITION!!!

Just when the group thought they were done, one member who had wandered off, yelled out to them.

"I think I found another body over here!" he said with a bit of excitement.

"Why would anyone be excited about finding more dead bodies?" you wondered to yourself, but decided to check it out anyways.

The group slowly made their way around the debris towards the back of the house. There, sandwiched between the metal frame of a bed and what looked to be the back wall of the house sat an impaled and bloody corpse of Vern. It wasn't until the bed frame was lowered that you could see why the initial finder was excited.

After all the carnage the night before, the group wasn't sure what to do today. Most of them showed up to the group meeting still in their pajamas, so it was a weird and awkward morning until they broke for lunch and had a chance to go home and change. When they returned, they decided it was about time to get down to business.

"im317 was maybe shady?" Curtis mentioned, not even sure about the validity of his own statement.

"Sure" chimed in a couple others. They looked around to see what im317's reaction would be, but there was none. He was nowhere to be found.

It wasn't until mid-afternoon that he returned and could face his accusers.

"Wasn't me" he said, as he brought out a couple of charts and started graphing reasons why.

"Fine, it's not you" Nav quipped, already losing interest in the defense. "It must be gmaj then!"

The group turned towards Gmaj. "Why me?" he asked. He knew that he was honestly trying and interested in helping the cause.

But his short plea landed on deaf ears. As the sun began to set, the group decided he might be the best of the options for today, and they circled around.

"I claim this man to be a heretic", Nav stated to the elders who had just joined in.

"What say the rest of you?" they asked the group. Four others voiced their agreement with the accusation.

"With no defense against these charges, we have no reason to doubt your claim" they said. "You know the price for heresy."

And with that, the group picked up rocks, and begrudgingly threw them at Gmaj, but something just didn't feel right about it. While he put up a decent fight, he knew when he'd been beat. Minutes later, Gmaj succumbed to his many injuries.
