Hey all, FE's Favorite Song is back and ready to rock for Season 2. We'll have another 8 episodes culminating in a tournament of champions at the end. If you want to participate, all you need to do is send me a list of four songs (a Spotify link is the easiest, but not required) and I'll organize the seeding rounds and brackets as we go.

As a new feature for Season 2, the overall theme is going to be "Winner's Choice". This means that whichever person nominates the winning song, they get to pick the theme for the following episode. Themes can be anything from "Rock Music" to "Song that make me feel good" to anything and everything in-between. How you interpret those themes is also up to you.

As I was the most recent winner (my song won the ToC for S1), the theme I'm selecting for this episode is going to be "Cover Songs". This can be any song, as long as it was performed (at least in some way) by someone previous to the submission you are making. I will not be policing the submissions, so if you aren't able to find four cover songs you like, it'll be ok, just submit whatever.

That Creep cover was something... I have faith that other classics that shouldn’t be touched, will be submitted though!

As well as some really bad songs, I'm sure.

I've received 9 submissions so far (mine included). If you want to submit your song choices, try to do it before the end of the weekend, so we can restart this series soon.

I'll be opening this up tonight. Something came up last night and didn't allow me to get this finalized then. If you still want to participate, I can take submissions until about 7 PM CT tonight.
