I know thatnactions were due earlier, but I didn't expect 385 posts by the time I logged in at normal game opening time... anything I need to know as I spend the next hour reading?

I haven't finished reading, or come close to it, but I think that some of the best info could come in the part of D3 where Cherry had been hinting hard at his info but had not yet CC'd Aries, and Aries was also getting some votes. I know some people have mentioned looking at anyone that defended or deflected for Aries, but I think that time frame is going to be the sweet spot.

Vlady still reads scum to me, fwiw. Primate read town to me D2, less town D3, and tbd today. Farlig does read a little AT to me so far. Reading D3 last night (admittedly more than a little buzzed), I didn't see how Herm would be town at all. I lean AT on Lamps so far too. I don't think that I see Helios action as something scum would have - scum would want the day to end sooner, not later, as that would prevent more info from being discussed. (DISCLAIMER: THESE THOUGHTS ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS I READ THE UPCOMING 250 POSTS)

At my current spot in the day thread, I am not liking that others explained Herm's "confusion" for him, and then he just agreed with what they said... Maybe this will be cleared up as I keep reading though?

At this point, I will be legitimately surprised if Herm isn't mafia ninja or something similar. (TIB posted this at the point in the thread where I am - it was like he was reading my mind currently from 6 hours in the past...)

It would make sense, and explain why nobody else has experienced the charred results. I know that I will always question his claim. But if the vote was between Herm and Aries yesterday, and there were people staying away from Aries, unless Herm's role is more useful than Mafia Watcher, how likely is it that Herm is also Mafia?

With the cult recruiter dead, how important is an inactive mafia watcher?

Actually, someone said that Herm and Aries were tied when Aries started hinting and then claimed? That would be the opposite of what I just said, and would actually help Herm's cause imo. My thought being that he claimed vig so late that it would be likely that the real vig may not cc until the following day, thus getting Aries through another day and getting a town player lynched?

My thoughts from earlier while I was catching up haven't really changed much, though I'm torn on Herm ATM. Also read Primate more town-ish again today.

Christian seems to be actively trying to figure things out and scum hunt. I definitely lean town.

I don't really have a scum read on spin either though.

Oh yeah, I also agree with the thoughts that Curtis wouldn't go to bat for a scum teammate in herm like that. Now, if Herm is town then that could present an interesting scenario where scum Curtis is buddying up in the event of a Herm town flip? I've read Curtis mostly town-ish though so far.

if DS is mafia, then YES, this is definitely something that could happen! Otherwise, N1 would be a pretty dumb time for mafia to waste a night kill while no one knows what is going on. I'll admit I'm biased in this discussion though.

Just to clear up another thing, Buffy got the note N2, before she died.

When I was reading that discussion, I was thinking that town Buffy would be an excellent choice to send that sort of note to. This I can definitely believe.

Having no kids of my own, I cannot fathom how tired spin has to be at this point with the newborn! Speaking of which, it's about time for me to go to sleep.

I've got a feeling that tomorrow is going to be chaos again.

I'm trying to keep up, but busy today at work.

Right now my town reads are: Timmah, spin, Christian, Curtis, Nofo, Cherry
I think the following are probably town: Herm, helios, Angi, Primate, DS, Zersch
I am very back and forth (or just don't know) on: Vic, Chris, TIB, Im317, Jamie
That leaves Vlady, Lamps and Farlig as my top lynch choices for the day

Vlady is very hard to read because he plays differently each game regardless of alignment. He just seems off though.
