Sorry for my absence, I was out of pocket pretty much all weekend. Looks like there is a lot of info to get through:

- Jay is culted and says that brian died trying to cult Herm last night, and that Jay is now the only cult member.

I don't think I believe him that he's alone as cult now. That's just too convenient. Also, I'm wary that cult could've started out with 2 - recruiter brian, and backup recruiter _____. That would still make them a threat, so the question is whether we let that potential threat sit for now to go after bigger fish.

- it does seems we have bigger fish to take out. If Jay is being honest about brian recruiting herm (I've been trying to think about what that would gain Jay as cult if he is lying - it would hasten his own demise and lessen the likelihood that we'd let the cult slide for a bit), then we have 1 known scum to lynch in Herm. Herm is putting up quite the fight, but I can't buy the "I'm so shady, there's no way he'd recruit me" argument. That's just too cliche and wifom. I actually had herm penciled in as town myself.

- Cannuck gives us a bombshell, that there are 3 mafia on King Z's lynch! That puts 3 mafia out of Redster, Eben, Boc, Curtis, Angi, Christian, drr, Canuck. If he's telling the truth, that gives us 3 out of 6 to choose from, since Cannuck wouldn't be mafia. drr has claimed already too. That gives us pretty good odds. I have been saying that I have had a scum read on Redster for a couple of days. I have zero read at all on eben and angi, from what I perceive as lack of content. I am always wrong on curtis, because I always think he is scum because he sits back at the beginning of games and then comes on strong at some point, but I could see him as mafia. I have had a town read on Christian, but maybe I need to go back and look at those early interactions where he caught some heat.

So, do we take out known cult? Take out known scum in Herm? Risk a lynch from the King Z lynch?

Herm you are a good guy and you can date my sister. OK, this will probably be my last post of the game. I don't care if you lynch me, lynch Herm, or lynch a Mod. This is 100% a fact so believe it or don't believe it, I don't care since I am not sided with any of you anymore. I started as a town crafting station. I had 4 actions I could use. 1. Give a gun- i gave it to Primate because Primate loves to kill in these games. Primate is my buddy and I wanted to make his day. I did however feel guilty about the way he killed Buffy. I can't say for a fact he did it to be a dick but that was my initial thought. 2. Have all actions come to me- I did this night 2 because I was interested in what all would happen. If i had any clue I would become cult I wouldn't have used it. I have been a bad guy in what seems like 99 out of 100 games. I was happy to be town. I could give a BP vest and roleblock someone were the other two actions. When Brian died I was going to fight that I was not cult until I got brushed to the side. I was being called "small potatoes" and was told that I could just sit in a corner because I wasn't a threat. I thought it was Herm that called me small potatoes which really ticked me off. Looking back it turns out it was Mal. Nothing as demeaning as being a bad guy that is being treated like a helpless mouse. For revenge I was going to get Herm lynched but Curtis posted something not long ago that made me feel guilty. FU Curtis! :hug: What i am trying to say is since I can't win I can either help scum or help Town. I am not positive but I believe Herm is town. The cult can't win so I want to try to make up for the 4 deaths I caused as a town member. Brian did not recruit Herm, he recruited Lamps. He recruited him N2 when I got recruited and recruited him N3 when he died. So there it is. Believe it or don't I really don't care. Eventually this will show as the truth. Take what people did and said into consideration. Vlady and Redster look scummy as all get out to me. GL Town

I was of the opinion that we should be lynching the sure thing scum in who brian visited. But, then Jay went completely off of his rocker, making it pretty hard to trust what he says, imo.

You keep saying you weren't sold on Jay's claim about Herm, but you didn't really fight against it from my view of your posts. Are you suggesting that since you asked Herm to claim, that is how you were not sold on Jay's claim about Herm?

The way I see it, there are only (well, probably only) 2 options here:

1. Jay is lying again.
2. You are lying.

I suppose its possible that mafia has a role cop/vanilla cop or something, so there could be a 2a in which you are only partially lying (about your alignment).

You are making it very hard to believe your claims. In a perfect world, we lynch the 100% scum in who brian recruited and then narrow down the cannuck list because its better to take out a guarantee than lynch wrong and still be left with the guarantee plus the rest of the list. But, you made that overly complicated by lying and then being all over the place about it all.

All of this flailing about makes me think there is at least one more cult member that you are now trying to protect. I don't know whether cult can still recruit, though I guess it's a possibility.

I hate you Jay. My head tells me to lynch Lamps. My gut tells me that Jay is likely still just fucking with us, taking me back to Redster as my scum read the last day or two.
