We threw water balloons and I think eggs at cars from behind a row of bushes. Surprised we never caused a serious accident.

We used to have bottle rocket wars too. Pretty much all of the neighborhood games we played would be considered excessively dangerous to today's parents, but back then our parents told us to leave the house at like 9 a.m. with a bike and a ball of some sort and don't come back until dinner time. We'd do shit like trying to see how far we could double jump someone off of the trampoline, which of course had no padding or protective sides; riding bikes across the water line that ran across the ditch; I think we made a raft and tried to sail down the creek once;
