I'm jealous, because I'm legit convinced that every interaction I had with DS in the Day 1 thread made me dumber.

I don't think a ninja kill could explain DS's death, because Mittens is saying that he was blocked. Ninja kills are usually not unblockable, and I don't see why Mittens would be blocked but the ninja wouldn't based on the way DS's role is worded about affecting all visitors.

Mittens could just be a mafia goon because DS's flip doesn't specifically say anything about blocking.

I agree the lynch for today is Mittens. I do not think we should hammer until people have had a good chance to check in though.

Nothing you've done screams town and it's day fucking 1 Vladdy This. I'd actually believe more that DS is lyncher who "conveniently" got spin as his target than day cop who just happened to randomly pick the first person he saw and OMG it happened to be the guy who killed him last game. Kiwi While I find the day cop claim a stretch, the chances that he is a lyncher who got a target that happens to also be the same person who killed him last game is a bigger stretch... Saying that, a day cop outing themselves at the start of day 1 is also crazy so who knows Vladdy Oh, I don't think he is lyncher, but I would buy that long before I bought that he was day cop with the "conveniences" noted above. I think DS is specifically just trying to get spin lynched as his own personal win condition. The *only* thing giving me pause is the business about the "both" result, but I'm not even sure why he brought that up, since I asked what result he got on spin and instead he went off on what results he might get.

Since Spin appeared to be part of a larger team, this post from yesterday needs to have attention drawn to it. I'm interested to hear what specifically gave Vlady pause to the "both" result.

I could see an argument that the Ninja kill wouldn't have been announced. But no way would it have gone through if DS's ability passively blocked peopled that visited him. Ninja is different from unstoppable.

I'm still of the opinion that we should be looking closer at Vlady after yesterday.

He said he didn't believe DS's claim in general, but having a 'both' scan option gave him pause... is that because he's on a Chaos Team with Spin and thought that Spin scanned as 'both'?

Before seeing DS's redic flip, I went into last night thinking that perhaps the 'both' thing that he said WAS correct and that the Chaos faction of this game is a team of Survivors or something (Survivors can win with both town and mafia). But now knowing that DS was full of shit, I'm not very attached to the theory.

Oh wow he hasn't even posted at all yet today? Well seeing as he's currently reading the thread, I think there's a good chance he's silenced.
