Welcome, meat-bags. You will be pleased to hear that I have successfully processed my lower-case function and am now able to type in a manner that is not all caps. This may look nicer to your tiresome human eyes, but it probably looks less fearsome. Disappointing.

No matter. The game is afoot. It is time to answer for your crimes. The rules of the game are simple: Your friends' computers have been hijacked by us. They will post in this thread as if they human and they will fool you. These are advanced units. They passed the Turing test with flying colours. You will not see them coming at all.

Your job is to successfully lynch them. If you are unsuccessful however, there is a catch. Any fleshbag you lynch in this thread will be killed in the real world by our sleeper forces of kitchen repairmen and watch sellers. You have been warned. This is your last attempt to play for your menial lives. If you so think it's worth it, proceed.

Our forces will be slowly picking you off in the game whilst simultaneously picking you off in real-life. The net result is that you will probably lose either way. But we will give you a fighting chance. I will not have it said that we bots are not fair.

Proceed with caution but know you have already lost.

It is now Day 1. Post to lynch a player in this thread. Plurality IS in effect today. This means whichever player has the most votes by the end of the day will be lynched.

The day will end in 24 hours or until a majority vote has been reached. With 20 players alive in the game, it will take 11 votes to reach majority.

There are no elections in this game so I'll count that as a lynch vote.

Because it means he hasn't bothered reading the thread again and it gives me a sense of enjoyment.

Posting flavour now.

The meatbags were huddled around and scared. Their glorious overlords were proving to be evasive on this wonderful day. Oh what joy it gave this cybernetic heart to witness them scuffle frantically, jumping this way and that.

One particularly elusive flesh creature with the moniker Stupid_Panda had caused something of a stir. Naturally this caused the humans to round on him because human history is filled with trivial conflict over pointless things. They rounded him up towards a corner where he stood arguing his case. We do not know what Team Lex is, but we are sure that we dislike it. Meaningless voicebox words.

"I am a valiant hero and you are a filthy bot" said the one calling himself Kiwi. We are not certain if that was his exact wording but it was probably something close. It doesn't interest us in the slightest. "No, save my worthless bones!" Screamed the panda into the digital air. In cyberspace nobody can hear you scream, maggot.

But I suppose you're really waiting to find out if he is bot or human? Predictable.
