Well, sorry to disappoint you guys, but I got nothin. With badger claiming a non-visiting role I figured that even if he was mafia he would not go out for the kill unless he was the last one remaining. So I went with my scum read from yesterday and checked out Ari. I can confirm that he didn't go anywhere last night. So that means we either default to Badger or put some pressure on some of the weaker claims like nofo or mal.

I'm definitely leaning badger for today, I'm just lost as to where to go next. I guess we just start eliminating the most worthless roles. I'm still a little suspicious of timmah. Normally he scums hunts way more aggressively than he has in this game.

Also, Angi believed his claim right away, and that is not a good sign.

But fwiw, I don't understand why you guys are not looking more into Mal. - He hasn't really contributed anything meaningful through the entire game. - His claim of Priest (not being able to hammer) is a role I've never seen or heard of in a game on this website. It makes more sense in a setting where days end when a person is hammered, but these days usually end in pluralities most of the time so the role would be very low impact. Also, like my role, its completely unverifiable. - His claim of Priest came up at a very convenient time for mafia. It was when things were between Vlady and Brian, and Brian needed one extra day so he could use his redirect on Herm. Vlady was claiming some sort of Priest role where he prays with people to determine if they are scum, and then Mal comes in and claims he is Priest and that he doesn't think there would be two priests in a game. - Buffy claimed that Mal was cleared by her fake cop investigation. Not sure what to think of this but it's another ping on the radar. - Buffy not trying to join the next highest lynch train yesterday was out of character for her. She's not the type to just throw in the towel, ever. Makes me think she was trying to distance herself from one or both members on that train to protect fellow scum buddies. I'd say the more likely candidate is Mal, but I suppose it could be Ari as well.

I agree these are some good points. Mal's claim helped push vlady over brian, and with plurality a role that can't hammer seems totally pointless. The whole buffy "clearing" mal is a big question mark. You could play the wifom game all day with that one.

I am torn because it really seemed like the jamie lynch was done to save you. But mal is looking pretty sketchy also.

Well maybe you didn't specifically say you believed him but when I was doubting that a role like that existed you did post that you had seen that role before so it made it seem like you were backing him up.

Sorry I'm just having trouble believing that. There was no reason to hold back that information earlier when you first claimed priest. It doesn't help scum to know it. It doesn't in some way make you more dangerous to them. It just seems like a tasty little fruit you are dangling up in front of us to try to get the chance to hammer a townie today and then tomorrow when you are not dead try to argue that you misunderstood your role or something and see if you can avoid the lynch somehow.
