I just dropped 500 bucks on this and a switch and a couple games. Kind of bummed it'll just be a grey one, but I wasn't paying 50 bucks for red and blue remotes.
Pumped though.

Ya I am really enjoying it, but I don't know if its worth the whole switch. I got Mario Kart and Splatoon too so I am sure I will spend some time on those. Will probably end up getting Zelda too.
But holy smokes is it a lot of fun and visually incredible.

What a great game really enjoyed it. The final boss was kind of difficult in comparison to the rest of the game. Still have lots of moons/purple coins to collect still!
Id definitely put it above the Galaxy games, not sure id put it above Sunsine or 64 though. It's right up there though.

Peach was so ungrateful. I don't get how she was deciding between Mario and Bowser at the end. I did enjoy playing as Bowser at the end, that was kind of cool.
The meta ending of what if it was all a dream cracked me up. Shade at Galaxy.

MArio Kart is really fun. Especially if you never played it on Wii U. I have heard good things about Splatoon. Have it but haven't played it yet. I 100% recommend Odyssey though. It's great

I used it as a portable this weekend on the plane and I was very impressed. Wasn't that big of a pain to carry around (you do need a case/backpack). It's too big to carry like a phone. Battery life was good, 3 hour plane ride was about half, not earth shattering but pretty good for playing a very good quality. I really didn't have any problems with the size of the screen/distance between controls. It was very comfortable which surprised me.
I bought the Switch to use as a home console and still intend to do so but I may use it more for plane rides and trips as it was nice to have.

the darker side was a challenging level. Nothing was super difficult but having to go back to the start was annoying. Kind of underwhelming when you finish but it felt good.
Haven't played for a couple weeks since I beat that. I don't have a ton of desire to get the rest. Apparently all you get is
Spoiler

an alternate bowser boss fight
. Maybe we'll see
