in my league i somehow ended up in a win and in spot in terms of playoffs, i could even finish 5th.
so lets see how i will fail this week.
QB: going Rivers over Ryan, so expect Rivers to have a poor game well Ryan goes for 20+.
RB: Gordon and Freeman, Darkwa if Freeman is out. with Ekeler on my bench he gets a double bonus(backup to my RB1 and on my bench) so watch for him to vulture Gordon's TDs.
WRs: Jones, Diggs and Bryant. Diggs has been relegated to a minor role since his injury, expect that to maybe change as Thielen will probably see the top corner in this game. Jones has a Vikings Defense that just gave up 22+ to Marvin Jones. Dez will likely be shadowed by Josh Norman, so consider him a TD dependent WR2.
TE: Fiedorowicz might be a good option if his QB didn't suck. im dropping Brate so he will probably catch a TD this week, 2 if i get Howard on waivers. Rudolph will either do well or poorly depending on if i get him on waivers. Ricky Seals-Jones might have another decent game if i don't get him off waivers.
K: Zuerlein has had 2 poor games all season and only 1 since i got him in a trade, seems jinx proof.
Def: Jaguars have had 3 bad games all season and only one since i got him in trade and even that was 5 points. facing Indy they should be looking at an easy 10+ point performance.
players to watch for based on who my opponent is playing.
Wentz is the leading candidate for MVP so him having a big game isn't unexpected. however im facing a double with Jeffery expect him to catch a TD or 2. Evans was the player i traded to get Gordon so there is a 3rd reason Gordon will have a bad game, and why Evans will catch a TD. Marvin Jones Jr may be facing the 2nd best fantasy defense against WRs, but playing me he will probably be the 3rd straight WR they give up 10+ points to. Shady McCoy could get some yards on the ground, but expect him to do more work catching the ball as the Bills fall behind fast. Hunt is a strong RB and facing me, so he will probably get 2 TDs. Walker is one of the few relatively consistent TEs and has a plus match up, so a TD for him too. Philly K will get his PATs, but facing me look for him to convert from 50+ at the end of the first half. and finally look for the Raiders defense to do well.
bonus points: my opponent has a strong bench so if any injuries pop up during the week expect McKinnon to grab 2 TDs well AP finds the end zone at least once. if Cooper does play he will probably get 15+ points. the KC defense could come up big, and for the daily league players out there watch out for a 40+ yard TD from Josh Gordon in his return from suspension. |
Wtf are you talking about? Half these players are on my team...??? Are you delusional
