I don't think this is true at all.

In Hollywood Mafia, spin used his gun on jamie when they were both Mafia to distance himself. Now yes Herm isn't spin but given that it was a VERY small chance of Herm having the real gun I could see him doing a similar thing.

Sock daykilled Primate and said nothing else. That's why he's getting pushed against.

But I don't think Mafia Sock would just blatantly try and daykill Primate like that
