as someone who thought the idea of buying a house sounded tedious and unnecessary, its a great and different feeling to have a house of ur own. it comes with its growing pains but absolutely worth it just from a satisfaction standpoint let alone the long term financial benefits and tax benefits (this probs wont last long but still)
