He said since day 2 or 3 that his role implied mafia were in the game which is a early soft-claim for a role that may or may not already be in the setup.

I think Paul is a part of the mafia and is their Seer. I think he has been protected by his mafia buddy to allow of the claim to be believable should he ever be attacked.

if I don't claim, survive, and there are still other townies, it could throw a wrench in the night action of the remaining factions / third party.

If I do claim and don't get lynched, it gives one of the factions / third party a big advantage with their night kill

If I'm lynched or am the only town it doesn't matter.

I hope you or whoever is town understands what I am saying

If there are two other town we can hold strong this day phase with no plurality, otherwise RIP most likely.

I don't think the kills have come from town so it's deadlocked at best. Going off of that, I just feel like there's a faction with two left.

I think Jamie or DD are more viable because my Paul theory is probably a bit too out there. Expecing HOL for that post alone if he flips what he claimed at the end. Jamie can still be using a scum board without going on FE.

It's possible we have 4 town but that would mean a kill is coming from you or Samm. Not so bleak if that's the case.
