Some of Penner's responses so far today make me feel a bit better about him. Still not entirely sure on him though

Was rereading Farlig's flip and I'm leaning towards Sock's interpretation. Because of the line in the role where it said that the captors would know the character but not player identity and the last hidden text line where it said the captors could kill at anytime (regardless of phase) while in their custody. So I feel that knowing the player identity wouldn't be necessary to kill since the hidden text didn't mention player identity

I don't know Herm's reasoning for voting Josh, but I would assume maybe because Josh hasn't posted much so far? Although the previous days didn't have an enormous amount of posts

But Josh does seem much quieter than usual so far.

I went back and isolated im317's and Mittens' posts so far to see what some are seeing. Both didn't have too many. Im317 didn't really say anything on D1 important other than that he's town. Similar situation with Mittens for D1 except he pointed out that he saw a trend of people announcing they are town. But I don't see the substance of im317's and Mittens' posts as too much of a big deal since D1 is usually just shitposting. Neither voted D1.

D2: im317 just says he's town in two of his posts (but I think the 2nd one was because Christian had requested everyone to answer if they were town or not). In another post, he added the different ways he had seen lie detector work before. He didnt vote. Mittens didn't really say anything cuz he said he was busy with meetings. Unless his peanut question was supposed to be a breadcrumb? He didn't vote that day.

And so far today, I think im317's posts have tried to contribute to the discussion. As some have pointed out, Mittens' first post did seem a bit scummy. His other post that was mentioned (the one about people who stuck up for jamie likely being town), I don't think it would hold much weight like Ahoda pointed out that scum would know Jamie's alignment (so easy way for scum to gain townie points with that thinking). In that instance of Jamie's lynch, I personally would be more inclined to lean slightly town on the people who waited to hear both sides/weigh it to determine what they thought before voting.

I could see that. I think i've seen that role used before in a game where you could leave a message in the opening flavor. I think it was reporter? Or something like that

Of those who received votes today, I feel better about im317. I tend to read his longer posts where he contributes as town. Mittens' frustrated posts seem genuine, but I'm still not fully sure about him. But I feel a bit better about him. I don't have a good read on Cody yet, I always struggle reading him. Havo and Sock are others I don't have a clear read on yet. Havo's posts today though give me a tiny town lean on him. But still not enough to be completely sure. Josh hasn't posted much and when he has posted, it hasn't really contributed. He's the one I lean scum on more than the rest. I struggle reading Curtis. I tend to be on the fence about him. A slight scum lean on him. And I had been reading Spin as town this game so far, but I have noticed that sometimes when he's scum, he says he's busy. However, I am still leaning town on him for now.

I'm leaning towards lynching Josh because he hasn't posted much. But when he has posted, it hasn't added much to the discussion or try to scum hunt. He could just be genuinely busy, but he doesn't seem to be helping town much yet imo. Also, after he saw Herm was voting him for not posting much, he asked how people knew there was a survival and didn't say much else to contribute to discussions today.
