Oh wait, what happened here in Virginia a few weeks back? https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/random-winner-drawing-tied-virginia-house-race-back-politicians-trade-n833511 Yep- tied race, which also was the determining race for whether Reps or Dems controlled the House of Delegates here. It literally became a random drawing of lots. The Reps won it and so they control the House of Delegates, all because somewhere in Virginia, one person didn't vote.

Congratulations you find an outlier. Now take every election that takes place then find the percentage where one vote determines it. Spoiler: It is essentially impossible statistically for your vote to ever matter in a national election. Likely similar with a congressional election. Local/very small elections are where your vote have more impact
