I'm disappointed at the people who gave up Town Vanilla. lol This is an interesting setup. There's lots to be looked at on Day 1, but at this point, it's all still going to be speculation. Why would someone give up a powerful role? Was their second option a better one? I don't think we should automatically assume that because someone gave up a mafia role, that they don't have another mafia role, and same for Townies or Werewolfs or Aliens, and whatever other factions are in there.

My role is still pretty bland. Damn that randomization!

I didn't even know half of these roles existed. We're probably in for an interesting night.

I was given town and scum role. I suck as scum and hate being scum so I took town role.

Hm, what I took away from schrauben's calculations is that half the people who discarded town roles did so in favor of better town roles while the other half chose scum roles. Same goes for people who discarded scum roles.

And then there's me, who got the same role drawn twice.

OKAY! I just checked this after being away from my computer. I actually don't care if I get lynched because I really didn't get the choice I thought I would get with the two roles. I had a choice between Town Vanilla and Town Vanilla. It was a very hard decision to make.

I mean Moose has been on since I pointed that finger at her and she hasnt come up with a defensive or tried to fight it. I think she'd pick the more fun role if her other was town vanilla. Even if mafia. She'd want to improve based on her last blunder claim

I'm here now! And I wouldn't pick mafia if I had the choice because I'm so bad at it. I think I make it obvious when I'm scum, although you could probably argue that I'm making it obvious now if I am scum.

Her first post should have may as well said they were the exact same role rather than hinting it was a slightly better thing then what she discarded. If she is being legit we're not losing anything important. She just seemed/seems off

I don't think I was trying to make it seem better? I just said it was different as an internal joke that no one would get unless I died.
