It's pretty common for those in the BDSM kink. Most of the time they're hit is with full consent and they use safety words to keep from getting actual harm.

He probably would have, but that's a part of the victim blaming but just assuming that he didn't want it just because he was committed into a relationship. He was also really drunk, and straight up said no, but she continued anyways.
