I didn't see a topic about this through the search, idk how reliable the search is though.

Anyways! The fourth season has started up and the third episode is tonight. This season is all about Frozen.

The city of Storybrooke has Frozen over! A stranger named Esla with ice powers has appeared, building an ice wall around the town in efforts to find her sister Anna.

Anyone ever heard of it? Watch it? Love it?

So far, it's been pretty interesting. The first season is pretty slow to start, and I find the main character to be extremely oblivious. But all the characters have grown on me throughout the show. It's really good if you're a Disney fan, but some segments are really corny.

But if you like fairy tales and flashback scenes, you'll like the show.

I thought we had an OUAT thread before.

No idea! I searched for one, but didn't see it.

The actresses playing Elsa and Anna are PERFECT. They're both great as their characters.

I also love Elizabeth Mitchell as the Snow Queen. Even her voice sounds cold and crisp; she's perfect.

YES! I think all of the cast for this season is perfect! They get everyone's personalities and portray the emotions perfectly.

The references are great, too.

I honestly hope Olaf never makes it into the show. He was such an unimportant part of the movie in my opinion. It would ruin the season for me.

My biggest concerns about this show is whether or not they'll manage have a balance between DISNEY and EDGY SHOW FOR ADULTS. I feel like the show would be walking a tightrope, especially when introducing new characters frequently.

Does it manage to be a good homage while still telling its own story?

It's pretty PG in terms of being mature enough but still having that childhood wonder.

I would say that it's still pretty spot on while adding its own flair into the mix.
