Despite how much I have personally bashed the game, there's still a part of me that wants it and wants it badly. I've seen pictures and videos of it, and so far it looks fairly good, despite everything that has been removed, re-done. I dare say i can even live without most of what has been taken out.
I'm probably just gonna ARRRR it and see how I like it, and then see if I want to fork over the cash.
So far a bunch of links either are gone or they aren't very good. I'm hoping thee will be a fully cracked one coming out soon, but I guess we just gotta play the waiting game for now. Or get rich. I'd like to be rich.
That's pretty much my plan. I'll probably wait it out until there's some kind of double deluxe pack that includes the base game and the expansion that fixes everything.
THIS is what I was waiting for to fully determine whether to get the game or not. LGR's reviews are always great and unbiased, and he cuts right to the chase without auger coating anything. I'm going to do what he recommends and just wait until the price drops. I'm going to be buying some upgrades for my computer anyway, and I'll need them for what EA has shown as the recommended computer specs.
^ Pretty much. Almost everyone is saying wait the price out and get it when it's worth maybe around 40 bucks. That's what Sims 3 cost when it first came out.
I'm going to have to arr this as soon as possible. Most of what I've seen is a bunch of people bitching about pools and toddlers and then they refuse to talk about what's good because they're so convicted it's an evil game.
That's going to be really interesting when I play as a sim working from the ground up. Literally. I like to start out with nothing and have my sim work for everything.
